BOOKING/ CANCELLATIONS & RFEUND POLICY

BOOKING POLICY:

Welcome to For All Season Events. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, we have outlined our booking policies below. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking Process –

  • All event bookings must be made via our online platform, phone, or email.
  • A consultation may be scheduled to discuss your event requirements, which can be done in-person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Upon receiving your event details, we will provide you with a detailed proposal and quote as early as possible.

Deposit & Payment Terms-

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date. The deposit will be deducted from the total event cost.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 2 days prior to the event date.
  • Payments can be made via: UPI transfer, bank transfer, etc.

Cancellation & Refund-

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
    • Cancellations made 4 days or more before the event will result in a loss of the deposit.
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 days of the event.
    • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Event Changes-

  • Any changes to the event details (such as guest count, venue, or event style) must be communicated in writing at least 3 days before the event.
  • Significant changes made within 2 days of the event may incur additional charges.

Liability-

  • For All Season Events is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs at your event unless directly caused by our negligence.
  • We strongly recommend obtaining event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Final Confirmation-

  • A final confirmation of all event details will be required 3 days prior to the event date.
  • This includes the final guest count, event schedule, and any special requests or requirements.

Client Responsibility-

  • The client is responsible for securing all necessary permissions and licenses for the event (e.g., permits, venue permissions, etc.).
  • It is also the client’s responsibility to ensure that guests and vendors adhere to the event schedule and venue rules.

Privacy Policy-

  • We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to execute your event (e.g., sharing information with vendors or venues).
