BOOKING/ CANCELLATIONS & RFEUND POLICY
BOOKING POLICY:
Welcome to For All Season Events. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, we have outlined our booking policies below. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Booking Process –
- All event bookings must be made via our online platform, phone, or email.
- A consultation may be scheduled to discuss your event requirements, which can be done in-person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Upon receiving your event details, we will provide you with a detailed proposal and quote as early as possible.
Deposit & Payment Terms-
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date. The deposit will be deducted from the total event cost.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 2 days prior to the event date.
- Payments can be made via: UPI transfer, bank transfer, etc.
Cancellation & Refund-
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made 4 days or more before the event will result in a loss of the deposit.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 days of the event.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Event Changes-
- Any changes to the event details (such as guest count, venue, or event style) must be communicated in writing at least 3 days before the event.
- Significant changes made within 2 days of the event may incur additional charges.
Liability-
- For All Season Events is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs at your event unless directly caused by our negligence.
- We strongly recommend obtaining event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Final Confirmation-
- A final confirmation of all event details will be required 3 days prior to the event date.
- This includes the final guest count, event schedule, and any special requests or requirements.
Client Responsibility-
- The client is responsible for securing all necessary permissions and licenses for the event (e.g., permits, venue permissions, etc.).
- It is also the client’s responsibility to ensure that guests and vendors adhere to the event schedule and venue rules.
Privacy Policy-
- We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to execute your event (e.g., sharing information with vendors or venues).
